Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
The Memorial Hospital West Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has been caring for neonate babies since 1996. Since our inception, we have grown with our community, and we proudly expanded our Level II NICU in the summer of 2000.
Our NICU provides you with a warm, nurturing environment to bond with your special newborn. If your baby is being admitted to the NICU, you are undoubtedly experiencing great joy at the arrival of your little one, as well as apprehension because of your baby's admission to the unit. We hope that this Web site will give you a better understanding of the NICU and will make this difficult time a little easier for you and your family.
