Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
The Memorial Hospital West Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has been caring for neonate babies since 1996.
Our NICU provides you with a warm, nurturing environment to bond with your special newborn. If your baby is being admitted to the NICU, you are undoubtedly experiencing great joy at the arrival of your little one, as well as apprehension because of your baby's admission to the unit. We hope this website will give you a better understanding of the NICU and will make this difficult time a little easier for you and your family.
When you are afraid or confused, let us know. We are here to take care of your baby, as well as the entire family. As we work together, we can help provide the care and love to help your baby grow healthy and strong. You will have many questions and we welcome them all. You may call us anytime at (954) 844-6800.
